Shipping Information
You receive free shipping when you spend $75 or more. Your package will be shipped within 2 business days. If there is a delay in shipment, we will notify you via email. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. You also have the option to ship 3-day, 2-day or overnight for an additional charge calculated during checkout. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes or addresses outside of the United States.
Return PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to boogs baby booteek for an exchange or refund as long as it is postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date.
All returns must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and the original receipt included. Any returns made after 14 days may be returned for store credit or exchange only. boogs baby booteek will not accept any returns after 30 days.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and credit your account. Costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable, unless of course items arrive damaged or an error has occurred on our part. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.
